I have a Winslow ligature for my Bb and Bass and have been using for them for
about the last 6 years. I find that reeds that don't work well with other
ligatures work with the Winslow. You can remove or add the little rubber
bumpers as you like and experiment to get the sound you like. I find that
especially with the bass the fewer I use the better (I only use 2 for bass) .
It is probably the last ligature I'll ever buy (but I've said that
before).Judy
