I would like to give my thanks to all of you who sent me information on new
concertos for clarinet and band/wind ensemble, etc. This research grant
will keep me glued to a desk for the summer.

As of today, I have uncovered 17 new works (concertos) for clarinet and band
or wind ensemble, including two triple concertos composed since 1987.

If you know of anything in the past ten years written for solo clarinet
(double, mixed triple concertos) and band please let me know ASAP. Presume
that only YOU know of a piece--send me the information and we will all know
about it in the near future.

If you are going to Paris for the convention, please check with the
clarinetists there for any recent works for clarinet and band.
