Greetings, long time no write! This mail to the Klarinet group is to
inquire if there are any duets or trios in existence involving piccolo and
bass clarinet. I am especially interested in any trios for piccolo and 2
bass clarinets. I am searching for this instrumentation for myself and my 2
best friends (the picc player and the other bass) for possibly playing a
recital. I am writing one trio right now for us, and am also looking for
pieces that would transcribe nicely. The picc player also plays flute, and
both of us basses play low C instruments and have incredible high ranges
(Rood to high G, me to double-high C). Any help will be deeply appreciated!
