From: Mike Abbott <HinotesInc@-----.COM> Subj: Zonda Reed Sample Offer Date: Tue, 28 May 1996 11:01:01 -0400
I promised to make a sample offer to the readers of this list who were not a
part of our initial offer, and so here it is. We've been very busy until now
filling the initial requests (50% of the mail offers we sent have been
returned so far, which is unheard of in direct mail).
We've gotten a lot of calls from dealers who are interested in carrying Zonda
based on referrals from players, and we'd like to thank you all for that. If
you don't see Zonda in your local store, please ask for it- most retailers do
appreciate getting feedback from you.
We'll be at the Univ. of Oklahoma Symposium next week, and if you're going to
attend, you don't have to respond to this offer, just visit us there! We're
going to debut our Gold Seal pads there, and we're looking forward to it.
Here are the "ground rules". :)
1) We will take requests through the end of this week. You can write or
E-mail us, but it must be postmarked no later than Sunday, June 2.
2) We can't honor requests from people who have already received samples.
3) If you just couldn't wait, and have already E-mailed us, we have it- you
don't have to write again, unless you didn't include all your important
information the first time.
4) Please include the following: Your name, full address, telephone number in
case we need more info, and information about your setup: clarinet,
mouthpiece, ligature, and reeds presently used. This helps us make an
educated guess about what Zonda reed will work best for you. Optional info
we'd like you to tell us, so we know you better, is where do you teach or
play professionally, and do you play saxophone or double reeds, so we can let
you know about future products we plan to introduce.
5) Please allow some time for delivery. Requests will be honored on a first
come basis. We'll work very hard to expedite these samples to you, but we'll
be in OK most of next week, and we need to get sales orders out first. I have
no idea how many requests this posting will generate, but I expect it will be
a lot, so this could take a while. Thanks for your patience.
