Don't get those fuzzy things for the inside! They'll ruin your pads.

Silk is supposed to be more absorbant than cotton swabs, but the cotton has
worked fine for me. I prefer the Vandoren cotton swab: The colors are
hideous, but it is very durable- less likely to shred on the register tube.

Pegs are nice, but not necessary. I found it better to keep my second
clarinet in orchestra on my lap while I played the other in order to keep it
warm. They'd cool off too quickly on the pegs.

A good bore oil and key oil would be nice to have, but wait until you learn
how to use them! (Stay on this list and you will!)

I would add to your list a well insulated case cover with a shoulder strap.
Depending where you go to school, you may have to walk long distances in the
freezing cold. You want to keep your clarinet(s) as well insulated as
possible.

For reeds you'll eventually need a bunch of toys: knife, clipper, sand
paper, cheap places to order them in bulk, a brick to squash the bad ones
with, but again, you'll need to learn how to use these things, so I'd wait
and talk to your teacher at school before you order them.

Good luck! Remember: All the gimmicks in the world won't make you play
better. Only a good clarinet and a LOT of practicing will do that!
