Nate,
Have you never considered asking any MUSIC store? There are
zillions of scores out there. How else do people study music? Of course
they are for sale. Among the most popular companies: Eulenberg (for
miniature scores), Dover (cheap and usually very legible, if old - they buy
old Breitkopf, etc. plates and then re-print them with any older markings
which may have since been proven to be innacurate), Kalmus (ditto to
Dover), etc... Of course, some scores are available only on rental but
the only one I can think of which we clarinetists ever have to worry about
is Bartok's "Concerto For Orchestra".
