I don't know andything about Dorn, but a Mazzeo book, "THE CLARINET
Excellence and Artistry" by Rosario Mazzeo is published by Alfred Publishing
Co., Inc. The ISBN is 0-88284-133-5. The address given on the back of the
title page is 15335 Morrison Street, Sherman Oaks, CA, 91403. The price of
my paperback copy is indicated as $14.95.

My copy came from SHALL-u-mo publications, P. O. Box 26824, Rochester, NY,
14626, who have a small but interesting catalog. You can order from them for
$14.95 + $2.00 mailing + NY tax if you are in NY State.
