Dear Klarinet Readers:

Several recent posts concerned reasons or advantages for becoming a member
of the International Clarinet Association. A short but useful list can be
found on one of David Niethmaer's many web sites. David is the ICA liaison

I have seen President Gerry Errante's "The President's Message" that will
appear in the next issue of THE CLARINET (May/June), due out most likely
near the middle of June. It expresses the many projects and innovations that
ICA has accomplished during the past few years that benefit our members and
those interested in the clarinet, its music, personalities, recordings,
equipment, etc.

One particular advantage is our presence on klarinet. Hopefully, we have
been able to respond quickly and with helpful information. An ICA Home Page
is in the making. With it, we hope to post timely information available to
anyone and to our membership in particular. If you have any suggestions
please forward them to me.
