If you are having problems with saliva on your pads than you should try PAD
PAPER which is manufactured to remove saliva/water build-up. It is used by
first chair players on clarinet, sax, oboe, bassoon and flute in many
orchestras and is carried by woodwind specialty houses and repair shops. If
you need a sample I'll gladly mail you 2 sheets to try.
