There has been a dissertation written on this topic. Sorry that I
do not recall the author or title right now, but it was completed
within the last couple of years at the Conservatory of Music,
University of Missouri-Kansas City. If you can gopher over to the
UMKC library, I'm sure you can find it. If anybody really needs it
let me know and I can probably get my hands on an abstract.
