Speaking of oiling instruments, my 'weapon' of choice (and economic
necessity) is a selmer special signet thats about 25 years old. (My
grandparents bought it for my mother when she played in high school.)
Would it be worth my while to oil it down or will it not do any good...? I
suspect that the poor thing has never seen bore oil--not in the past eight
years, anyway...

--At home for the summer at a different address...
