I don't have information about the publisher, but this is offerred for sale
($14.00 US) by SHALL-u-mo Publications, P. O. Box 26824, Rochester, NY 14626.

It is described as, "An invaluble collection of principal bass clarinet
excerpts. 68 pages including works by Berg, Dukas, Gershwin, Grofe,
Hindemith, Mahler, Prokofiev, Ravel, Shostakovich, Tchaikowsky and many
others."
