Hi everyone!

I realize, at times, that it might be necessary to pull out at the center
joint to aid in tuning when using the barrel joint is not sufficient.
However, I have heard some discussion recently about pulling out at the
center joint when there is an intonation problem below this point on the
instrument. Any and all knowledgeable input on this subject would be greatly
appreciated. Please hurry as these discussions have become rather heated!
