Dear Dan,

The Schindelmeisser concerto was published by Musica Rara in an edition with
piano reduction. It has been recorded By Dieter Koecker, Waldemar Wandel and
two of Kloecker's students (Guido Steir or Michael Heitzler and Heide Huber
I think). The work also gets a mention in Jo Rees- Davies' chapter on the
development of the clarinet repertoire in the new "Cambridge Companion to
the Clarinet" edited by Colin Lawson. (an excellent book, incidentally).
That should be enough convincing references to claim your prize.

There are plenty of Mc Donalds "restaurants" in Melbourne if you would like
to make the trip!
