Last year when I had my annual physical, my blood pressure was a nice =
low figure which prompted the doctor to ask me if I exercise regularly. =
I told him no, but I said I play clarinet and asked him if he thought =
that had anything to do with it. He laughed but I still wonder. In =
other periods of my life when I've regularly run, my blood pressure gets =
low like that and when I'm unfit, it goes up. Just adding to those =
thoughts on lung capacity and clarinet playing!
