I agree---I teach alot of high school students and their main problem is they
just don't have enough breath support. I try to get them to try bass for
awhile, then use the same amount of breath support on the Bb and it really
improves everything.If I'm having a tough time on a technical spot on Bb,
I'll practice it on bass until I can get it then when I go back to Bb it's
easy.
