Hey Benjamin!
These are my suggestions:

All of the pieces for clarinet and tape that I know of have been composed
by the faculty here. As far as I know, these are available through the
Canadian Music Centre in Toronto. (e-mail me for the address)
There's _Nautilus_ by David Keane, as well as _Rhapsopdy_ by Kristi
Allik. The Keane is more "traditional* (no special effects), while the
Allik piece makes use of glissandi, mulitphonics, flutter tonguing,
etc. These are both for clarinet and DAT.
Oh yeah. There's always Steve Reich's _New York Counterpoint_. I heard
the solo version (with tape) live with Stoltzman.
