I know only few pieces, but I would recommend you "New York
Counterpoint" by Steve Reich. (I remember the music is available from
Boosey & Hawkes) It was composed for originally a clarinet and tape.
(tape would be available also from Boosey & Hawkes) Some CDs are
available. (I have one Richard Stoltzmann plays)

I don't bring the score with me, but I remember the piece needs a
microphone, a tape deck, and a mixer. (the composer describes what this
piece needs in the score) I made a MIDI data for this piece, however
it is not satisfactory. :-<
