I just saw Leaving Las Vagas(sp?). A clarinet lead compliments the
two loveable losers beautifully. It's beoming hard to tell if one is
hearing synths or real horns sometimes, but I'll bet my .02 worth this
was a clarinet.
I like synths that sound like synths, that is when they produce sounds
not otherwise possible. When they try to do the whole show
they fail for me.
They have no rhythm.
They sound cheap.
Synths are cheap.
