Who was this "first reviewer" who has been mentioned? On its first
English performance, (I don't know when without looking it up) K.622 was
dubbed "a product of the laboratory of Andre", and its authenticity was
questioned - I don't know on what grounds. Did Stadler ever tour England?
I strongly suspect he didn't.
