Would it be possible to keep politics & vitriol out of this list ?? Some persons
may
be offended by anyone's painting of their political party with such broad
brushstrokes,
but they may refrain from joining the fray from politeness & trying to talk
(and/or listen)
to more "clarinet" related subjects.

Maybe e-mail back and forth would be more appropriate. Then again, I may be
completely
out of line for suggesting this.

My second (and last) comment about unions (at least for quite a while ;^).
