Clark,

In regard to clarinet tuning, I didn't mean to imply that your technique
of using epoxy was wrong. I should have been more clear (no pun
intended). I'll admit that the use of epoxy (proper use of course) can
bring certain off notes in tune. I prefer using clear nail polish for 2
reasons: It is nearly invisible (apart from the shine) and the tuning
can be done in smaller increments. I think we can agree to disagree.
Also, when I wrote "this is what is done by the manufacturer", I was
specifically refering to my Yamaha YCL 72's.

I wouldn't say that I am "naive" when it comes to clarinet.
