Apologies offered. My first attempt at sending a message to the listserv
was mistake ridden, so I will try again.

Bernhard Crusell is the subject for my DMA supporting paper at the
University of South Carolina. Two would be primary resourses are
apparently published only in Swedish, a language of which I am unfamiliar.

Does anyone know of English translations, even partial translations, of the
following books?

Bernhard Crusell, tonsattare, klarinet virtuos. Stockholm, Royal Music
Academy, 1977.

Bernhard Henrik Crusell, the clarinetist and his major instrumental
compositions. by Fabian Dahlstrom, 1976.

Also, I welcome suggestions of other biographies available in English.
Pamela Weston article, An Assessment of Crusell, in The Clarinet magazine,
Nov 94, was quite helpful. Any other ideas?
