Carissima Ingrid,
thanks for your interest in my E mail.

Let me say that a meeting with Michele Incenzo may be intersting but
not enthusiastic.
Instead of him (more, more, more interesting)
may be for you a meeting with Nicola Conte, believe me, the ONLY Italian
clarinetist who can clear ALL your doubts about La Scuola Napoletana, and
its peculiarities. He is more than 70 years old, ex 1=B0 clarinet in the
Banda dei
Carabinieri and player in the Orchestra of the Accademia di S. Cecilia.
But, most important, a really clever man, honest and friend.
I give you the address:

M=B0 NICOLA CONTE
via Alberico II, 17
00193 ROMA
Tel. (39) - 6 - 68891941

He'll tell you that in Napoli a lot of people played with reed above during =
all
the 40's and he too, as a student, played in such way.

Yes, please, give me the E mail of Pompili.
Tomorrow Salvatore (Sciarrino) is going to phone me and I'll be very please=
d
to speak to him about one of his pupils.

Of course, when you'll be in Rome I'll present you Nicola.

Try to come in summer. Rome is really nice.
(in other seasons too!!)
What about time in England? (!)

Ciao Paol=
