In response to your second question, the Rabaud Solo de Concours is one of my
favorite pieces in the whole world. If I remeber right, the edition I have is
by Southern, and should be available from Eble Music (319)338-0313. I don't
know of too many recordings of it presently, but the recordings I have of it
are by Harold Wright, and David Hite. Both are farily old, and neither one
really captures my image of the piece. However, you might find something you
like, so I'll recomend them to you. Have fun with the Rababud, and good luck.
It is not too technically demanding, but has beautiful melodies, especially the
Largo (second page). Well, i hope this helps, and best of luck.
