In addition (since I didn't save my own post!) there is Meyer Kupferman's
"The Garden of My Father's House" (a stunning and dramatic piece). There
are two Busch "Hausmusik"s, from Breitkopf, and the Breedon ICA duo is
published by Southern as a part of its Indiana University series.
