Subj: Help in an Italian early clarinet tutor

Does anyone know of an English (or French or German) translation of
"LaRetta Maniera De Scrivere Per Il Clarinetto" of Francesco Antolini,
published in Milan in 1813. (The title means "The correct way to
write for the clarinet."). I have full access to the Italian original
but it is not helpful to me.

I am doing some research and while my French and German are good, my
Italian sucks. If someone knows of a translation of this important
early book, I would appreciate know of its existence and location.
