I am deeply saddened to inform you of the death of Robert Marcellus,
the century's "Clarinetist's Clarinetist" - age 67, in Wisconsin of
complications from Diabetes on March 31, 1996.

Please do not contact me - this is only an announcement relayed to me from his
wife, Marion.
