Joel,

Weber is an excellent example of some real flashy, exciting clarinet music.
Charles Neidich recording both Weber Ctos and his Concertino, as well as
Rossini's "Introduction, Theme, and Variations" (an awesome piece!) on one
CD, the label is Deutsche Grammophon, #435 875-2.

If you like the Mozart Cto, then you might also like Mozart's Quintet --
it's a little more laid back then the Cto. BSO principal Harold Wright
recorded the Brahms and Mozart clarinet quintets on Philips, #442 149-2.

So those are my two favorites -- it'll be interesting to see what some other
people come up with!
