I'm afraid that were I to list ten favourite clarinet solos or parts,
most of them would be "too well known". Could't we leave that clause out?
It is also highly subjective.

Anyway, this one might meet the criterion:

The Ouverture Le Roi d'Ys by Lalo starts with a slow introduction
featuring an extended clarinet solo. Just buzzing strings and
that nice dark clarinet, we are all so familiar with, singing its
lone song.
