One of my favorites is the long clarinet cadenza in "Fantasia for Orchestra
on British Sea-Songs" by Sir Henry Wood, the founder of the "Proms" in
England. This may not be too well known in the USA, but is *extremely* well
known in England since it is always played at the "Last Night of the Proms".
