C clarinets--I have a relatively new Selmer C with two barrels. I find it
works very well using my C85 mouthpiece that I use on my regular RECITAL
Bb and A set. Played a concert last week in which we did the Anton Stadler
duo--both of us played the work on the C clarinet--the other instrument-
played with the standard Kasper soprano mouthpiece-was a Buffet Prestige
and tuning worked out well.

I have played on some C's that really required a modified Bb mouthpiece-
Elmer Aiello (formerly of Leblanc) shortened the body of one of the mouhtpieces
and that did the trick. Ron Monsen
