Hello, fellow clarinettists. I'm relatively new to the wonderful world of
clarinet playing and I am having a few queries about equipment. I am
currently playing on a R13 with a 5RV mouthpiece and some funny ligature.
I really haven't tried any other equipment other than what I am using now
so I'd thought I'd send this message to thousands of experienced
Clarinettists who might be able to help me. Is any mouthpiece better than
another or is it just personal preference? What is the best ligature or
is that just personal preference too? Do any proffessionals play with the
same setup as I do? What's so great about Chedeville and Kaspar
mouthpieces? Are the new M13's any good? Any information is greatly
appreciated. Thanks, from a relatively new member of the Clarinet family.
