I agree with this comment. I started on the soprano recorder when I was ten
then was able to switch to the clarinet easily because the fingerings were
similar. I also took piano lessons when I was younger so that made reading
music a lot easier. I am now a third year college student studying clarinet
performance and playing piano for fun.
