Well, since we're about to perform the Beethoven Violin Concerto Saturday
and Sunday, and given that the outer movements call for A clarinet, the
second movement is being played on the A clarinets. (Why fight a cold horn
_and_ the transposition? I'm ducking for cover as Dan chooses the missile
to hurl at me and my colleagues in Maryland. Good thing it's a long throw.
