OK, it's not measure 84, it's one measure before (rehearsal mark)
84. But about that "A". Obviously the usual fingering (the one that's
exactly the same as high E) won't work. You just can't pop the tone up to
the A. Try this fingering for the A:

--- R=register key, T=thumb key
X X=finger down, 0=finger up

X0 <----The f#/c# key
00

It works well, and once you practice it, it is kind of easy to execute.
