IU Summer Music Clinic offers hs musicians band, orchestra or choral
experience. Faculty included Stephen Pratt and mark Whitlock, band
conductors, james Smith orchestra conductor and michael Schwartzkoph choral
conductor. June 9-15, $290. Is the 50 anniversary year.

Look for a copy in your library - there are many programs in your neck of the
woods. Son Sam is now principal clarinet for Grand Rapids Symphony. As high
school students both of our boys attended a very good local program
(Evergreen Music Camp through the Tacoma Youth Symphony). Sam branched out to
Tanglewood then Curtis, Mike to Oberlin and Indiana U. Seek out your local
youth symphony - excellent experiences.
