There are at least a couple of recording of the Dance Preludes that I know
of. The first is by David Howard on the Centaur Label (Distrib. Albany
Records, I think). I have never heard it, but he is a great player (Bass
Clarinet in the LA Phil). There is one by Gary Gray on a cd that also has
his grammy award winning (at least I think it won) recording of the Copland
Concerto. Gary Gray is the principal clarinetist of the Los Angeles Chamber
Orchestra. I think there is also a recording of it with David Schiffrin,
but I could be mistaken. I only own a copy of the Gary Gray recording.
