Sean....

I learned how to flutter tongue from a percussiionist during woodwind
methods class. The only way I can describe it is to make that sound
Spanish-speaking persons make for "rr"... this gets more complicated with
the mouthpiece in your mouth. I have the best luck if the underside of
my tongue is facing the tip of the mouthpiece. It's a strange feeling to
get used to, but good luck!
