I too have a metal clarinet that I originally intended to make into a
lamp. After cleaning it up and changing a few pads, I discovered that
it actually works ok. It really is fun to play and it draws alot of
attention these days. Great for Dixieland.

Like David, I too would be interested in any information about these
instruments. After all this Selmer / Buffet, dark tone, bright tone
stuff, maybe its time to talk silvery tone!
