Interestingly I am in the process of doing almost the exact same thing! The
only difference is that I ordered a triple case, and it was layed out so
poorly that I'm gutting it and starting from scratch. I'm going to shape the
pieces out of styrofoam and use upholstery velvet for fabric. (I already
have a buyer for that old Buffet double case with the bells on.)
