The recording of the Hindemith Concerto by Cahuzac with Hindemith conducting
is in a 3 CD set on EMI Classics "Composers in Person" ZDCB 5 55032 2. This
also has Dennis Brain playing the horn concerto. There is a Thorofon (cth
2159) recording of it with Shuhei Isobe a japanese clarinettist playing a
German system Wurlitzer instrument (as well as the Pietersen one, I believe
on a Wurlitzer Schmidt-Reform instrument)
