Jaime,

The best advice I can think of is to find a few players in your band who are
approximately at your level and play chamber music pieces together. Your band
teacher should be able to help you locate music for various combinations of
instruments. You may have to do this on your own time (after school or study
halls?), but perhaps your teacher would ocassionally allow you some time to
rehearse during the scheduled band period.

It will probably of interest to you that even professional musicians need to
have chamber music experiences in order to keep their musical souls together
and to challenge themselves. I play bass clarinet in the US Coast Guard Band
which is a good
professional group. Most of us get together to play chamber music recitals on
a regular basis. We don't have to, and we don't get paid extra for the time
spent. We just love doing it. You will, too!
