Some ideas:

1. Move.
2. Play a solo with the band.

These won't solve the problem with the band but may hold your
interest more.

1. Honor bands.
2. Music camps.
3. Chamber music. From reading this list there is chamber music for
clarinet and a wide variety of other instruments. The other good
players probably feel the same way you do. I would think your
director would be willing to help organize this to hold your
interest.
