Tom Ridenour's "Clarinet Fingerings: A Comprehensive Guide for the Performer
and Educator" discusses combinations such as you referred to. He also cites
application to many compositions from standard repertoire (the Baerman is
not listed, though).

This is an excellent and inexpensive($12-13) book that everyone should have.
It's published by Leblanc and any of their dealers can get it. If you're
impatient like me, you can get it from Muncy Woodwinds at (800) 333-6415.

Best Regards

Dave
