Chris,
I have never performed it but I did read thru it with a pianist
friend and we both pronounced it top-quality. I may have aaccess to
a recording of it with the full ensemble but this recording has been out
of print for some years (if it is the one I remember). Presser music used
to be the American agent for the IMI, if I remember correctly. Try them.
If not, it would be Hal Leonard's AMP division (formerly part of G.
Schirmer). Hope this helps (and is accurate).
