Subj: Altissimo fingerings in context

It has been about 30 years since my last lesson. One of the things I
have been working on since I started practicing again in December is
Baermann (Op 63, by Langenus) Third Division.

I find that I am very hazy on the best altissimo fingerings to use in
various situations. (Last in-first out, I suppose). I have a
fingering chart of course, but is there any reference that gives
preferred fingerings based on preceding and following notes?

Any suggestions appreciated.
