For all those longing for Clarinet and guitar combinations.
The following are some works I came across for clarinet and guitar:
Gaetano Donizetti, "Serenade fur Klarinette und Giddier", Ignaz Pleyel,
"Sonatinen fur Klarinette und Giddier", Heinrich Neumann(??), "Thema mit
variationen uber den Sehnsuchtswalzer von Franz Schubert", Ivan Muller,
"Serenade fur Klarinette und gitarre", Heinrich Neumann, "Thema und
Variationen uber Nel cor piu non mi sento von Paisiello", Mauro Giuliani,
"Sonate fur Klarinette und Giddier". I should clarify that I've not seen
the music but own the CD of Dieter Klocker, Klarinette and Sonja
Prunnbauer, Gitarre. I enjoy their playing but after repeated hearings put
off ordering the music because of the problems of finding someone with
those kind of skills on the "gitarre"...long live rock n' roll!
