Greetings- I played a Gigliotti 4 for a while, which some people told me
(after I stopped playing it) is a "jazz" mouthpiece. It was loud- I think
it would fill your first two criteria, I'm not sure about the third. ;-)
The tone quality was not quite what I was looking for (somewhat strident
high register, lacked warmth in low register... all this is relative of
course) but it was loud. I can't help you with intonation as I play a
large-bore horn so I have to ream out my mouthpieces to make them play in
tune.

Did I mention it was loud?
