Linda made reference to Martha Kingdon Ward in her note. I know her!!
Or I should say I know Martha's work. Years and years ago she wrote
a wonderful paper called "Mozart and the clarinet" which I read then
and have reread on many occasions. Smart person.

I don't want to address her comments re my comments now. I am already
taking up too much bandwidth. But I will sit back and read for a
while.
